Opportunity: We seek investment opportunities in promising large markets wherein we identify significant growth potential.
Long-term focus: As a privately owned company based solely on private equity, we look for long-term profitability and sustainable rates of development.
Trust and respect: We invest in companies whose partners and management we trust and respect. We cooperate and work closely with their existing management, while also helping to expand the team or recruit new board members if needed.
Honesty and integrity: We encourage honest and straightforward economic conduct. Our interest lies in companies that are making productive use of their shareholders’ assets while also working to preserve the environment and our natural resources.
Hands-on management: Investment in our portfolio companies goes beyond the financial. With our years of experience and extensive network of contacts, we assist companies in developing their businesses and work diligently to help promote them to the next level.
Size and maturity: Our tendency is to invest in medium to large-sized companies that generate annual revenues of more than $50 million and do not rely on any single line of products. It is not our habit to invest in start-up companies, nor do we tend to invest in seed or pre-seed stage companies.
Diversity: Our investment portfolio covers a wide range of business sectors, including, industrial companies, real estate, technology, renewable energy, and financial services. These investments are made not only in Israel, but worldwide.
