Nurit Nahum - CEO
Mrs. Nurit Nahum brings extensive business and management experience to Ronin, having served as the former VP of Economic and Business Development at Packer Plada Ltd., as well as CEO of the Business Consulting Unit at PriceWaterhouse Coopers Israel. A former chairman of the board for Plastnir Flexible Plastic Packaging, Nurit has also acted as a board member for Israel Cold Storage & Supply Company and for Elran Holdings Ltd.
Nurit holds an MBA with a specialization in finance and international marketing and a B.A. in economic and business management, both from Tel Aviv University.
She has led Ronin since its establishment in 2006.

Eyal Golan - Senior Investment Manager
Prior to his arrival at Ronin in 2008, Mr. Eyal Golan was a partner at one of Israel's leading law firms, Meitar, Liquornik, Geva & Leshem Brandwein. With a focus on M&As and securities, he led cross-border and domestic M&As, private and public equity and debt-raising (including IPOs) and project finance transactions.
Eyal holds both an MBA (magna cum laude) with a specialization in finance and an LLB (magna cum laude), both from Bar Ilan University.

George Horesh - Chairman
Mr. George Horesh is the founder and owner of Union Motors, the Toyota distributor in Israel, and Lex Motors, Israel's Lexus distributor. A veteran of the international business community, Mr. Horesh holds and manages a variety of businesses within Israel and also worldwide.

Jacob Burak - Director
Mr. Jacob Burak is the founder of Evergreen Venture Partners, a Venture Capital fund which is considered to be the leader in Israel. Mr. Burak is one of the founding fathers of the Israeli Venture Capital community and was a pioneer in establishing Evergreen's disciplined investment strategy. He continues to act as a strategic advisor for the firm.
Prior to this, Mr. Burak co-founded and served as president for the Yissum Group, a management consulting and executive search firm, until it went public in July 1986. Jacob then became a member of the transition team appointed by Shimon Peres prior to Mr. Peres's becoming Prime Minister of Israel, where he had primary responsibility for industrial and trade issues. Mr. Burak sits on the management board of the Maala Business for Social Responsibility, an organization that works to spearhead social change in Israeli society.
Mr. Burak holds a B.Sc. degree in industrial and management engineering from the Technion and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development.
